How Refunds Work
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to request a refund or have a concern about your purchase, please contact our office directly. One of our team members will be happy to speak with you and guide you through the process.
Prescription Medications
Because of pharmacy regulations, we’re not able to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications once they’ve left our store — unless there’s been a dispensing error or a manufacturer recall. Your safety and product integrity are our top priorities.
How Refunds Are Issued
If a refund is approved, it will be issued either:

Back to the credit card used for the original purchase — depending on the date of purchase and payment method.
